You will have responsibilities for ensuring the smooth Netsuite integration.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Streamline and optimize NetSuite configurations aligned with IFRS and global accounting standards.</li> <li>Act as the NetSuite subject matter expert (SME) to troubleshoot, advise, and improve system functionality.</li> <li>Ensure the platform supports ongoing SOX compliance, multi-subsidiary consolidations, and global reporting standards.</li> <li>Provide training, documentation, and support to internal finance and operations teams.</li> <li>Deliver measurable improvements to data accuracy, reporting timelines, and system adoption.</li> <li>Lead gap analyses between current NetSuite setup and best practices.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with finance, IT, and audit teams to remediate pain points.</li> <li>Communicate proactively with U.S.-based stakeholders clearly articulating project updates, blockers, and proposals.</li> <li>Translate complex NetSuite configurations into actionable insights and documentation for internal teams.</li> <li>100% audit readiness for key workflows and transactions.</li> <li>NetSuite reporting outputs aligned with U.S. public company requirements (SOX, SEC).</li> <li>Increased user satisfaction and adoption among accounting and FP&amp;A teams.</li> <li>Documented process flows and system configurations delivered before end of contract.</li> <li>Improve the current process with automation tools.</li> <li>Recommend future enhancements that integrate well with NetSuite for our planning and analytics layer (e.g. Vena), operational AP and spend management platform (e.g. Ramp) and a close management systems such as Blackline.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Based in Israel but fluent in U.S/ global accounting practices, crucially with experience working at or with a U.S. public company.</li> <li>A strong independent contractor who thrives in an autonomous, results-driven environment.</li> <li>Flexible with hours to ensure U.S. stakeholder engagement and cross-time zone collaboration.</li> <li>Values clarity, accountability, and high standards.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of NetSuite consulting and system optimization experience</li> <li>Strong understanding of IFRS, SOX compliance, and multi-entity accounting</li> <li>Proven post-implementation support and troubleshooting success</li> <li>Good communication skills in <strong>English</strong>&nbsp;and excellent documentation skills</li> <li>Experienced with NetSuite integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Coupa, Avalara, or FloQast) - an advantage&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Are you a Do’er?<br></strong>Be your truest self.
