About the Role

Middle East Mattress Factory Sealy is seeking an experienced Hospitality Sales Manager in the Dubai area. As a leading provider of premium bedding products, we are dedicated to enhancing the comfort and quality of sleep for guests in the hospitality sector. In this role, you will focus on driving sales within hotels, luxury resorts, and other hospitality venues across Dubai, ensuring our products stand out in this competitive market. Responsibilities
  • Implement effective sales strategies targeting the Dubai hospitality market to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key hospitality clients, including hotel managers and procurement teams.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized product solutions that meet client needs.
  • Represent Sealy at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, providing insights to the management team.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the hospitality sector, with a strong focus on the Dubai market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics and competitive landscape in Dubai's hospitality industry.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Male.
  • 30 to 40 years of age.
  • Lebanese or Indian national.
