Job Purpose

To supervise showroom operations by managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual standards, and supporting sales performance to achieve business goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Team Supervision: Supervise showroom staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure smooth coordination and productivity.
  • Customer Service Management: Ensure customers receive excellent service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain satisfaction levels.
  • Sales Monitoring: Track daily sales performance, support the team in achieving targets, and report progress to management.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays, layouts and updated price tags and align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
  • Stock Oversight: Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Complaint Handling: Collect customer feedback, resolve complaints, and implement improvements where needed.
  • Commitment to administrative guidance: Adherence to management instruction related to business needs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management or relevant field

Experience

  • Minimum three years of experience in retail operations.
