The short-term-based freelance Brand Manager will oversee grassroots marketing efforts, influencer relations, and community outreach programs. The role also involves ensuring that BODYBAR’s brand voice is consistently represented across all channels.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li> <strong>Community Outreach & Events:</strong><br> Plan and execute local events, build community relationships, and develop grassroots marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.</li> <li> <strong>Influencer & Ambassador Management:</strong><br> Find and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand advocacy and reach.</li> <li> <strong>Business Partnerships:</strong><br> Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses to strengthen brand presence and create collaborative marketing opportunities.</li> <li>Work with the Studio Manager to develop in-studio marketing strategies to retain customers, attract new members, and foster community growth.</li> <li> <strong>Market Research:</strong><br> Conduct market research to stay up to date on competitor activity, industry trends, and new marketing opportunities.</li> <li> <strong>Sales & Client Management:</strong><br> Collaborate with the Studio Manager to implement sales strategies, client management processes, and promotional offers. Work with the Studio Manager to develop in-studio marketing strategies to retain customers, attract new members, and foster community growth.</li> </ul><div> <strong>Required Skills & Qualifications:<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, sales and community outreach.</li> <li>Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.</li> <li>Creative design skills and familiarity with creating marketing content (social media, flyers, etc.). Canva knowledge is a plus.</li> <li>Experience in influencer management, partnership development, and grassroots marketing. Charity partnership experience is a plus.</li> <li>Ability to analyze data, pull reports, and develop actionable marketing strategies.</li> <li>Sales experience a must.</li> </ul><div> <strong>Preferred Qualifications:<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry.</li> <li>6 years of marketing and sales experience</li> <li>Passion for community-driven marketing strategies.</li> </ul><div> <strong>Additional Information:</strong><br> This position may require some evenings or weekends.</div> </div> <p>Flexible work from home options available.</p>
