Seeking CNAs and HHAs for 8-10-12-hour Shifts

We're getting several new clients a week and we need to hire. If you have caregiving experience but do not yet have an HHA certificate, our staff nurse can train and certify you.<br><br>One of our biggest current needs is caregivers able to fill longer shifts -- both DAY shifts (such as 7a - 7p or 8a - 8p) and OVERNIGHT  (7p - 7a or 8p - 8a). Some of our shifts are in the client's home, some are in assisted living facilities. They can range from: <br><br> </div><ul> <li>serving as a companion (monitoring their condition, helping with meal prep, light housekeeping, etc.) ... </li> <li>to providing assistance with mobility and personal tasks such as bathing, dressing and incontinence care.</li> </ul><div> <strong>Requirements:<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Prior experience in caregiving preferred.</li> <li>Compassionate and patient demeanor.</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients and their families.</li> <li>Dependability in getting to shifts on time with few call outs..</li> <li>Valid driver's license and a vehicle with current registration and insurance always available.</li> </ul><div>We are different from other caregiving agencies in one very important way -- <strong>all of our office staff are caregivers.</strong> We know both the difficulties and the rewards of the job -- so we make every effort to find shifts matching your preferences and available days/times.
