With backing from&nbsp;<strong>Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners</strong>, we’re scaling fast and helping enterprise leaders translate AI potential into measurable outcomes.</p> <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>As <strong>Regional Vice President (RVP) of Enterprise Sales - West</strong>, you’ll build and lead Unframe’s western U.S. enterprise sales organization. You’ll manage a team of Strategic Account Executives focused on <strong>technology, media, and manufacturing</strong> customers - driving revenue growth through consultative, outcome-driven enterprise sales.</p> <p>This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Sales.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Lead, Hire, and Coach a Regional Team:</strong> Build, manage, and develop a team of Strategic AEs, instilling excellence in discovery, multi-threaded engagement, and enterprise deal management.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Build Pipeline &amp; Strategy:</strong> Define regional priorities and prospecting motions across large enterprise accounts.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Enable Complex, Multi-Stakeholder Deals:</strong> Coach teams on engaging C-suite, product, and innovation leaders simultaneously.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Collaborate Cross-Functionally:</strong> Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment across the full customer lifecycle.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Represent Unframe in the Market:</strong> Establish Unframe’s presence in key West Coast enterprise communities and partner ecosystems.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Shape the GTM Engine:</strong> Provide insight into regional market trends to inform pricing, product positioning, and industry narratives.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Travel Frequently:</strong> Represent Unframe at customer meetings, executive sessions, QBRs, and industry events across the Eastern region (estimated travel 30–40%).<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>5–7+ years of management experience</strong>, leading enterprise or strategic AE teams.<br><br></li> <li><strong>10+ years of enterprise software or AI/ML sales experience</strong>, with consistent quota attainment.<br><br></li> <li>Experience selling to <strong>technology-driven and innovation-focused enterprises</strong>, ideally across multiple verticals.<br><br></li> <li>Proven ability to <strong>manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles</strong> and deliver $1M+ ACV enterprise wins.<br><br></li> <li>Strong grasp of <strong>AI/ML, data platforms, or automation solutions</strong>, with a track record of consultative solution selling.<br><br></li> <li>Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and able to thrive in a high-velocity startup environment.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why Join</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Competitive compensation</strong> with uncapped commission and accelerators.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Equity and leadership visibility</strong> in a rapidly growing category leader.<br><br></li> <li>Opportunity to <strong>build a regional sales team from the ground up.</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li> </ul> <p>Work directly with executive leadership to shape the <strong>go-to-market playbook</strong> for enterprise AI adoption.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>If you’re a strong, independent builder who thrives on ownership, cares deeply about quality, and wants to have a real impact — we’d love to meet you.</p></div>
