POSITION SUMMARY:
In his/her role, the Technician is responsible for all planed and non-planned maintenance and repair works for all gaming machines and ensures that these are completed on time and as per standards specified. The Technician reports to the Lead Technician.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure consistent operation of gaming and other electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment used in the gaming departments
- Maintain technical equipment in accordance with technical standards on a regular basis;
- Repair equipment in the shortest possible time providing the highest quality of performed repair in accordance with the established rules;
- Install new equipment in accordance with manufacturer manuals, existing standards, rules, and Company standards;
- Know technical documentation for equipment, develop and expand his/her knowledge and skills;
- Maintain tools allocated to him/her in good condition;
- Maintain records of performed works, spent materials, and spare parts and other documentation according to SOP of the department;
- Comply with all occupational safety and health requirements;
- Execute management instructions;
- Responsible for the safety of entrusted equipment.

Continuous progress of Technical Skills
The rules of all games rendered by the Casino and the whole list of services;
Rules and standards of labor safety, operational safety, industrial health and fire safety;
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years in a Technical position in a IT related industry;
Experience in similar position is preferable but not a must
Education
Higher technical education in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, IT engineering, Mechanical Engineer or other related field
Skills / Competencies
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Proficient user Microsoft Office software.
- Good understanding of a priority ticketing system
