Our platform, vRx, helps companies identify, prioritize, and remediate threats in a smart, automated, and non-traditional way.</p><p>After closing our Series B, we’re growing fast - and looking for an <strong>Office Manager &amp; Employee Experience </strong>to keep our people, culture, and operations running smoothly. If you’re a self-driven multitasker with a passion for problem-solving and employee experience, this role is for you!</p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own day-to-day office operations: supplies, deliveries, and vendor management (equipment, technology, services).</p></li><li><p>Manage office budgets and support Finance with invoices, travel, and monthly expenses.</p></li><li><p>Lead all <strong>global </strong>and <strong>local </strong>employee experience initiatives: happy hours, gifts, events, swag, and more</p></li><li><p>Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes across locations.</p></li><li><p>Manage the attendance system and provide support to employees on office-related matters.</p></li></ul><p><strong>All you need is:</strong></p><ul><li><p>2+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Officer, or similar.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (spoken &amp; written) - Must.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of office procedures and MS Office tools (especially Excel &amp; Word).</p></li><li><p>People-oriented with strong service skills, follow-through, and problem-solving mindset.</p></li><li><p>Thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and keep things organized under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work <strong>4 days/week from the office</strong>.</p></li></ul><p>📍 This role is based in our Tel Aviv office, just a 5-minute walk from the train station.</p><p></p>
