Mō te tūranga | What you’ll be doing   

This unique role combines management accounting with finance business analysis, reflecting the growing need for people who can deliver both financial insight and systems-driven solutions to support business decisions.

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing timely, accurate financial advice and insights to support decision-making.
• Deliver high-quality financial and commercial reporting, analysis, and clear interpretation of business performance.
• Lead data analytics and reporting, developing technical solutions and insightful dashboards to inform business decisions.
• Support financial planning and forecasting and contributing to the business plan.

Ngā pukenga kei a koe mō tenei tūranga | What you’ll bring   

• CAANZ membership (CA) or equivalent professional registration.
• Commercially minded, with a deep understanding of financial management systems, data analysis tools, and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial performance and provide insights that support decision-making.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is advantageous but not essential.
• Demonstrate rigorous logic and structured problem-solving skills; able to identify hidden issues and look beyond the obvious to find effective solutions.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly establish common ground and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across the business to drive continuous improvement in reporting and analysis.
