Job Description

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist with proven leadership experience to join our Alexandria team and support clinicians across Eastern Sydney.

Please note: we will be closed from 20th December until 5 January. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted in January.

In this role you will:

  • Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
  • Support graduate and early career Speech Pathologists through clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development
  • Provide leadership across scheduling, referral allocation and workflow optimisation
  • Manage your own caseload and deliver timely, high-quality therapeutic services

Qualifications

To be successful you will have:

  • Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Proven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
  • Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload
  • Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas
  • Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
