Job Description
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist with proven leadership experience to join our Alexandria team and support clinicians across Eastern Sydney.
Please note: we will be closed from 20th December until 5 January. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted in January.

- Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
- Support graduate and early career Speech Pathologists through clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development
- Provide leadership across scheduling, referral allocation and workflow optimisation
- Manage your own caseload and deliver timely, high-quality therapeutic services

Qualifications
To be successful you will have:
- Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Proven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
- Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload
- Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas
- Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
