</div><div>· Managing the<strong> sales cycle</strong> from qualified inbound leads to close, with a focus on generating incremental revenue.</div><div>· Proactively identifying and pursuing <strong>new business opportunities</strong>, nurturing relationships, and building a <strong>strategic sales pipeline</strong> for sustained long-term growth.</div><div>· Collaborating with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and delivering <strong>customized optical solutions</strong> that align with their goals.</div><div>· Consistently meeting or exceeding <strong>weekly activity targets</strong>, including outreach, follow-ups, and sales engagement metrics.<br><br>

<strong>Skills/ Key Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>3+ years of successful B2B project management experience</strong>, ideally with technical products</li>
<li>
<strong>Proven track record</strong> in managing warm leads and assist <strong>closing long sales cycles</strong>
</li>
<li>Skilled in delivering <strong>effective presentations and demos</strong>
</li>
<li>Comfortable attending <strong>industry events</strong> (conferences, trade shows) to generate leads</li>
<li>
<strong>Excellent communication skills</strong>, both written and verbal</li>
<li>
<strong>Team-oriented</strong> with a positive, proactive attitude</li>
<li>Background or <strong>interest in science/optics</strong> is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to build relationships with <strong>C-level decision makers</strong> is a strong advantage</li>
