Uraian Pekerjaan

  • Menyambut, memahami, dan membantu pelanggan menemukan handphone secondhand yang tepat.
  • Menjaga toko agar tetap rapi, bersih, dan menarik secara visual. Memastikan semua handphone dan aksesori ditata dengan baik, diberi harga, serta stok selalu tersedia untuk pelanggan.
  • Mengawasi operasi harian toko, termasuk tugas pembukaan dan penutupan, menangani transaksi tunai dan kartu, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan dan prosedur toko.
  • Membantu menilai kondisi handphone secondhand dan pastikan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan untuk dijual kembali. Pastikan semua handphone berfungsi dengan baik, bersih, dan bebas dari kerusakan besar.
  • Memberikan layanan pelanggan dengan menanggapi keluhan atau masalah secara cepat. Tangani pengembalian, penukaran, dan pertanyaan jual lainnya.

  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Jabodetabek.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang ritel. Pengalaman di bidang handphone, elektronik, atau barang secondhand akan menjadi nilai tambah. 
  • Kemampuan penjualan yang kuat dengan pengalaman memenuhi atau melampaui target penjualan.
  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik dan dapat melayani pelanggan.
  • Kemampuan dalam menilai kondisi dan fungsi handphone secondhand.
  • Bermotivasi tinggi, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri.
  • Keterampilan dan kemampuan mengelola banyak tugas dengan efisien.
  • Nyaman dalam menangani pembayaran, memproses transaksi, dan menggunakan sistem point-of-sale (POS)/invoicing jika ada.
  • Pengetahuan dasar tentang handphone, termasuk merek populer, model, dan teknologi mobile.
