<li>Build and optimize data pipelines and analytics tools: Develop Airflow-based pipelines and perform traffic, retention, and operational analyses.</li> <li>Support operational decision-making: Examples include calculating required delivery partner capacity and forecasting regional demand.</li> <li>Own key business metrics and deliver insights that improve customer retention, operational efficiency, and business performance.</li> <li>Experience owning the analytics and performance of a large business unit</li> <li>Expert SQL/HQL knowledge, ETL and dimensional modelling experience</li> <li>Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense</li> <li>Can-do attitude</li> <li>Comfortable with using English as the daily working language</li> <li>Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital</li>
