Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnership & Institutional Channel Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing initiatives that support key partnership and institutional business KPIs across global markets within the online Forex and trading industry. This role will work closely with Partnerships, Institutional, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns, tools, and partner-focused experiences that drive indirect revenue growth and strengthen partner engagement.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B marketing and a solid understanding of global Forex market dynamics. The role will report into a senior marketing leadership position and will be based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy to drive growth across both partner (IB) and institutional (B2B) segments, supporting our client's brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Dealing, Partnerships, CRM, Digital Marketing, and Product, to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support lead generation, partner acquisition, and revenue goals.
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns and promotions across digital and offline channels to increase brand visibility, partner engagement, and customer acquisition in key markets (Greater China, SEA, Africa, MENA, etc.). • Lead the development of marketing assets and toolkits for partners and institutional clients — including brochures, videos, webinars, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
- Oversee the design, content, and launch of the our client's project website, ensuring it effectively communicates unique selling points and aligns with B2B growth objectives.
- Manage the global LinkedIn presence and other B2B digital channels, including content calendar planning, post creation, and performance optimization through both organic and paid campaigns.
- Build and execute CRM/SCRM journeys tailored for IBs and institutional prospects to support onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Plan and execute offline events, such as partner seminars, workshops, and industry conferences (e.g., iFX EXPO), in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Maintain strong engagement with industry platforms (e.g., Finance Magnates, Liquidity Finder) through strategic media placements and thought leadership content.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis, tracking trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign and content performance using analytics tools; report key insights and propose optimizations for continuous improvement.
- Foster a consistent and compelling brand voice across all touchpoints while staying aligned with local market preferences and global brand guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B or partner marketing, ideally within the financial services or Forex industry.
- Proven experience managing global marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of regional nuances (Greater China, SEA, Africa, MENA, etc.).
- Good knowledge of the IB/partner business model and retail trading user experience, especially in key growth markets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in a second language that in those key focused market is a significant advantage.
- Experienced in data-driven marketing, with strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver business results.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a creative mindset to explore new solutions.
- High level of self-motivation, ownership, and decision-making capabilities.
- Flexible working hours to coordinate with teams across different time zones.
