About the RoleWe are seeking an energetic, people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in a fully remote, day-shift role. This position will initially start on a part-time basis, with the intention to transition to full-time. The HR Generalist will play a key role in shaping our workplace culture, driving people-focused initiatives, and ensuring our HR systems and processes are effective, compliant, and future-proof. Key Responsibilities- Oversee and deliver a seamless end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring new employees feel welcomed, supported, and productive from day one.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives that strengthen culture, boost morale, and minimise turnover.
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with organisational needs.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and performance reviews, ensuring systems are implemented and maintained effectively.
- Identify skills gaps and implement training and development programs that support employee growth and career progression.
- Plan and deliver company events, including the annual year-end gathering, coordinating vendors, activities, and programs that engage both local and international team members.
- Drive HR projects and continuous process improvements, including workflow automation, policy updates, and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
- Coordinate closely with the Finance Operations team on timesheets, payroll inputs, and leave management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Take ownership of HR outcomes by proactively addressing challenges and supporting leaders with workforce planning and people strategy.
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, with hands-on experience implementing and managing performance review systems and core HR processes.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employment regulations, with demonstrated experience ensuring compliance across HR policies and practices.
- Naturally extroverted, energetic, and people-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships and create an engaging workplace culture.
- Solid project management skills, including experience leading HR initiatives and coordinating company events.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
