Job Description

As in the position of a Project Manager, ensuring the successful delivery of the ERP solutions in collaboration with the delivery head and the team is the vital part of the role. Furthermore, below will be your job responsibilities.

  • Developing, planning, implementing & determining the scope of IFS implementation to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensuring the project plan, schedules, resource plans & status reports are prepared, implemented & monitored at required levels.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and reporting to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Ensuring the project plan execution and milestones achievements
  • Working actively with project team to resolve issues & risks causing delays.
  • Working actively with the project stakeholders to ensure mutual interdependencies are fulfilled and ensure the preparedness for every phase in the project
  • An academic background with a bachelor’s degree in project management or relevant field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • At least 3 years of Project management work experience involved in ERP implementation projects or upgrades.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse team of business stakeholders, technical implementation consultants and project teams.
  • Strong communication skills & leadership skills.
