About the Role
<p><strong>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Recruit skilled sales professionals, including large‑scale (mass) hiring.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and execute recruitment strategies for sales and telesales positions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Source candidates through multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design and implement effective screening and assessment methods.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate interview schedules and communicate closely with hiring managers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Keep candidates informed throughout every stage of the hiring process.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor hiring progress and analyze key recruitment metrics.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong style="border:0px;margin:0px;padding:0px;vertical-align:baseline;font-weight:700;">WHAT YOU WILL BRING</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in any field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales recruiting.</p></li><li><p>Experience in Mass recruiting would be advantage.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with job website, social media, professional networks (e.g. jobthai, jobsdb, facebook and LinkedIn).</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.</p></li><li><p>Positive Attitude, Accountability and Team Work.</p></li></ul>
