<p><strong>Your Role </strong></p>
<p>At AlphaSights, our people are our greatest assets and integral to the service we provide. As a Talent Acquisition Associate in our Tokyo office, you will assist in the development of creative and innovative strategies to identify and attract world-class talent, guide candidates through our pipeline, and partner to improve the recruitment process. </p>
<p>Your duties will include: </p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Candidate Experience:</strong> Act as a brand ambassador for our firm and be the first point of contact to help thousands of candidates understand why AlphaSights is a great place to work; manage candidate communications and help guide them through the interview process from application to hire</li>
<li><strong>Pipeline Generation & Management:</strong> Responsible for generating and managing a high quality and active pipeline of candidates; proactively source candidates by leveraging different channels (e.g. Linkedin); use creative approaches to outreach and engage with high potential candidates with the goal of converting them into hires</li>
<li><strong>Candidate Evaluation:</strong> Responsible for screening resumes and preliminary test; conduct first round interviews effectively; ensure all candidates are evaluated and assessed fairly and accurately; proactively sell the AlphaSights vision and value proposition to candidates</li>
<li><strong>Coordination & Operations: </strong>Manage candidate pipeline in a timely and efficient manner including scheduling interviews and responding to candidates’ enquiries; managing & updating job postings accurately; preparing and sending out the offer letters & employment contracts; populating onboarding information and related trackers </li>
<li><strong>Recruiting Initiatives & Special Projects</strong>: As a member of a scaling team, you’ll have exposure to how we develop and implement recruiting initiatives so that you can implement your own strategies over time. </li>
<li><strong>Campus Recruitment: </strong>Work alongside the Manager/ Senior Recruiter to manage our campus recruiting logistics, organize events, ship materials, book travel, and troubleshoot real-time issues; support the team on developing and executing talent attraction and employer branding activities such as marketing campaigns, in-office events etc. </li>

<li><strong>母集団形成と管理</strong>:アクティブで質の高い候補者(主にバイリンガル採用)の母集団形成および管理を行い、積極的にLinkedInをはじめとするさまざまなチャンネルを検索しながら候補者を確保します。クリエイティブなアプローチでポテンシャルの高い候補者にアプローチし、採用目標の達成を目指します。</li>
<li><strong>候補者評価</strong>:履歴書の書類選考とスクリーニング面接を担当し、効率的な面接リードを行います。すべての候補者を公平・正確に評価し、同時に候補者へAlphaSightsのビジョンと価値を積極的に説明します。</li>
<li><strong>面接スケジュール調整&運営</strong>:面接スケジュール・候補者からの問合せ対応等の候補者管理、求人情報の管理・更新、採用通知や雇用契約の準備・送信、入社情報の記録・管理を行います。</li>
<li><strong>率先した採用や東京・アジアでのプロジェクトリード</strong>:成長するチームの一員として、採用活動の展開および実施に携わることで、長期的な視点での戦略・実行を行います。</li>
<li><strong>新卒・若手人材の採用</strong>:マネージャー/シニアリクルーターと共に採用の流れ、イベントの企画、資料の送付、出張の予約、課題の解決、人材獲得手段の開発や実行、マーケティングキャンペーンや社内イベント等のブランディング活動をサポートします。</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership</li>
<li>3+ years of work experience in corporate recruitment, headhunting or executive search (work experience in campus recruiting would be an advantage)</li>
<li>Fluent English (Business level and above) and Japanese(Native level) are required</li>
</ul>

<li>Expect total first-year compensation in excess of ¥5,4800,000〜¥5,880,000 (depending on your experience) </li>
