Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support person to join our team and assist us in solving technical problems, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
Tasks:
- Providing user support for technical issues (remotely);
- Monitoring systems and responding to requests;
- Basic database administration;
- Cooperating with the technical team and escalating more complex incidents.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of databases;
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of Linux;
- Communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently;
- Good organization of work during night shifts.

- Full-time work;
- Remote work between 3 p.m. and 12 a.m.;
