About the Role

Alma, a Sisram Medical company, is a global leader in medical-aesthetic technologies, with over 25 years of experience in energy-based devices (EBD). This role reports directly to the Compensation & Benefits Lead.

It is a one-year maternity leave cover, with potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.


·      Maintain accurate employee data in HiBob, including contracts, compensation updates, and reporting fields.

·      Support HR projects and initiatives with operational, analytical, and data-driven work.

·      Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other functions to ensure smooth workflows and data accuracy.

·      Generate reports, track HR metrics, and support informed decision-making.

·       Support managers and employees across all stages, including onboarding, performance management and offboarding.

·       Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, handling day-to-day HR guidance, employee relations matters, decision support, and HR documentation.


Requirements

  • BA – mandatory.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR roles, including work with managers and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (HiBob – an advantage).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and high-level English.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities including advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
