Role Description

As a Junior Product Manager (Inbound), you will support the full lifecycle of our automotive vision products, focusing on translating customer and business needs into clear product requirements for the R&D and engineering teams.

This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, centered on understanding the technology, defining PRDs and ensuring smooth execution across multidisciplinary teams.

You will work closely with developers, engineers and internal stakeholders to help deliver high-quality product features and improvements.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end product lifecycle activities with emphasis on inbound product work.
Gather and analyze user needs, feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.
Translate technical and business requirements into clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
Collaborate daily with R&D, engineering, QA and project managers.
Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog and roadmap.
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure smooth integration of hardware and software features in multidisciplinary environments.
Prepare internal documentation, feature descriptions and planning materials.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technological environment.
Proven experience with multidisciplinary products combining hardware and software.
Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of product lifecycle management.
Practical experience writing PRDs and working closely with engineering teams.
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Advantages

Background in startups or dynamic R&D teams.
Familiarity with computer vision, perception systems or embedded products.
