About the Role

Description

The Clinical Team lead provides collaborative leadership and supervision to the PSR staff and interns to support adults with chronic mental illness and co-morbid conditions to reach their goals. Utilizes intensive outreach strategies to maintain program capacity. Monitors delivery of behavioral health services and ensures continuous quality improvement in relation to program goals and standards. The Clinical Team lead provides direct care to participants, including clinical documentation and coverage of individual or group services as needed. Coordinates appropriate crisis prevention and intervention, in consultation with Clinical Manager/LPHA. Manages team performance, including documentation, Medicaid standards, program outcomes, and clinical development of staff. The Clinical Team lead works closely with other programs and service providers in the community to increase service access and to strengthen community relationships.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a highly-related field of study.
  • Experience working in diverse populations in a clinical capacity.
  • Available to respond to staff for proper supervision and coverage.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Licensed use of a car, current car insurance and driving record acceptable to Agency insurance carrier.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required.
