[What the role is]
As a HR Operations & Analytics Executive, you will oversee critical HR functions including manpower budgeting, employee benefits administration. You will also support HR transformation by working on HR analytics projects, dashboard development and digitalisation. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations and insights to support HR strategy and enhance operational efficiency. This position is ideal for an analytical HR professional who thrives on both meticulous administration and innovative problem-solving.[What you will be working on]
You will work closely with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to support manpower planning, benefits administration, budgeting, and HR analytics.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, reviewing and consolidating manpower budget projections for both annual and mid-year exercises.
- Administering and managing of medical and dental benefits for staff.
- Administering and managing Workman Compensation cases, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and fair resolution.
- Drafting and preparing papers to support HR policies, schemes and initiatives.
- Designing and implementing HR analytics projects, including dashboards and reports, to provide actionable workforce insights.
- Conducting data analysis to support workforce planning, policy formulation and HR decision-making.
- Supporting HR digitalisation and process improvement efforts, leveraging available tools and technology including using AI.
- Undertaking other responsibilities as assigned to support HR operations and strategy.
[What we are looking for]
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Relevant experience in HR, data analytics and knowledge of AI (preferred)
- Meticulous and able to handle budgeting, data and policy work with accuracy.
- Good communication and writing skills for preparing papers and reports.
- Experience in Power BI, Power Platform, Python and Workday (especially Workforce Planning) will be advantageous.
- Team player who can work collaboratively with HR colleagues, stakeholders and central agencies.
- Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in teams.
