We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Experience Associate to help create welcoming, meaningful experiences for our residents, families, and team members. We are committed to serving older adults through all stages of aging, with a culture rooted in dignity, purpose, and community.
As a Resident Experience Associate, you play an essential role in supporting residents during key moments of transition—welcoming them into our community, helping them feel at home, and ensuring their day-to-day experiences are positive and supported. This role contributes to a vibrant, engaging environment where every interaction adds comfort, connection, and care to our residents’ life journey.
Schedule and Pay:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | $23.00/hour
Requirements
- Welcome new residents and families and help them feel at home
- Coordinate move-ins, internal transfers, and room readiness
- Collaborate with admissions, clinical, and social services teams
- Support Resident Experience events and community activities
- Assist with front desk coverage, transportation needs, and admissions support
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team
