SUMMARY: Recycling Manager: Coordinates and manages daily operations at the Material Recovery Facility (MRF). Production Foreperson: To coordinate and direct all production activities to meet scheduled deadlines. Develops procedures to improve product quality and operations. Participates in research and development of new products and practices within the production facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Recycling Manager
- Responsible for daily and long-term production planning.
- Maintains all production and personnel documents.
- Reviews daily production reports and responds to supervisors.
- Deals with personnel issues and concerns.
Production Foreperson With day to day reporting to Production Manager
- Develops and monitors production and quality control standards for all assigned contracts and provides technical support to assure job specifications are achieved.
- Performs final quality inspection prior to shipping, including lifting, moving, and relocating products.
- Coordinates final shipping arrangements with the shipping department and Production Manager.
- Communicates the required purchase of all necessary materials for production needs.
- Oversees all time studies and maintains overall inventory within the facility (contract materials and general inventory).

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
