ABOUT THE ROLE
Righter’s Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Plainfield Ave location in Grand Rapids.

This is a high-responsibility leadership role within a growing automotive service business. The store currently generates approximately $130,000 in monthly revenue, with a clear objective to grow significantly through improved operations, leadership, and team development.

This role is ideal for a manager who wants to take ownership of a location, lead a team, and grow alongside a company that is actively expanding.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage day-to-day operations in a high-volume automotive service environment
• Lead, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians
• Drive sales, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
• Monitor key performance indicators and address performance gaps
• Maintain organization, workflow, and scheduling discipline
• Support hiring, training, and retention of team members
• Uphold company standards, processes, and core values


QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience managing an automotive repair shop or similar service-based business preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Solutions-focused and accountable leadership style

Leadership experience in other high-volume service industries may be considered.
