Role Overview:
The Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. Dishwasher must be energetic, hardworking, flexible and possess a keen eye for detail. Our Dishwashers play an integral role in the customer perception and experience. They must assist in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, glassware, and cutlery all while under the demands of a high volume restaurant. Our Dishwashers assist the team in providing each guest with a radically different and radically better dining experience.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the organization and flow of the dish area
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes and glassware as they arrive throughout the shift
- Responsible for safely operating a commercial dish machine
- Ability to manage safe use of chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing
- Sort and replenish clean dishes to appropriate stations throughout the restaurant
- Responsible for helping with light prep work
- Sweep, mop and maintain a safe working floor in dish area
- Clean as you go mentality
- Adhere to the Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. employee handbook and Martha’s Book of Rules at all times
- Other duties as assigned
