La Terra Fina is seeking a skilled Business Analyst – SCM to support and enhance our Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain applications for a hybrid role at our Union City, CA facility. This key role bridges the gap between business and IT,
ensuring our manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse teams have reliable and scalable tools to drive operational

Requirements
Oracle Fusion SCM Ecosystem Support & Optimization
- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and WMS modules, including Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, PLM, Planning, Quality, Costing, and Receiving.
- Resolve Tier 2/3 issues, escalating Tier 4 issues to Oracle or third-party vendors (e.g., FlexiPro, Redzone) as appropriate; Tier 1 handled by departmental super users.
- Analyze recurring system challenges and inefficiencies; implement configuration or process improvements to enhance performance and usability.
- Ensure data integrity across master data (items, suppliers, BOMs, routings) and coordinate periodic data quality checks.
- Manage technical configurations including FBDI, ADFDI, VBCS, value sets, menus, and lists.
- Maintain workflows, user roles, and access controls to support compliance, data security, and operational accuracy.
- Monitor Oracle Cloud release updates, lead impact assessments, testing, and implementation of applicable enhancements.
Technical & Functional End User Support
- Act as the primary IT point of contact for escalated issues related to Oracle SCM, WMS, PLM, FlexiPro, and Redzone via IT Ticketing system.
- Train and empower super users to handle first-level support and routine user queries.
- Develop and maintain support documentation, including SOPs, job aids, FAQs, and a searchable Freshservice knowledge base.
- Deliver focused training sessions to business users, SMEs, and IT colleagues to promote consistent system usage.
- Support user provisioning, access reviews, and security model administration, including segregation of duties.
Enhancements & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for system improvements.
- Lead or support enhancement initiatives from design through deployment, including CRP, UAT, go-live, and post-support.
- Review quarterly Oracle feature releases to identify relevant updates and propose adoption plans.
- Coordinate with vendors to optimize and maintain integrated platforms such as FlexiPro and Redzone
Continuous Learning & Innovation
- Stay current on Oracle Cloud roadmaps, supply chain technology trends, and industry best practices.
- Engage in Oracle Customer Connect, APICS, and relevant user communities to expand product knowledge and network.
- Recommend tools, process enhancements, or automation opportunities to improve system efficiency.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and skill development.
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned:
- Support enterprise-wide application initiatives and participate in cross-functional IT projects as needed
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in a Business or Systems Analyst role, focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
- Hands-on with Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Costing).
- Familiarity with Oracle WMS, PLM, FlexiPro (Intellinum), EDI and Redzone (QAD).
- Proficient in FBDI, ADFDI, VBCS, and configuration of value sets, menus, and roles.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, UAT, and patch validation (Tier 2/3 support).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and vendors.
- Experience with super user training, documentation, and IT ticketing process.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365; familiar with Teams and SharePoint.
- Background in supply chain/manufacturing, preferably in CPG or Food & Beverage.
- Exposure to ITIL, Agile, or Lean certifications (Oracle, ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher etc.)
Physical Requirements
Frequently requires a prolonged period of sitting to perform essential job duties.
Must be able to bend, stoop, pull and lift up to 10 lbs.
Close visual acuity to view a computer terminal, analyze reports, manage data, and detail
