Key Responsibilities
- Cooking & Preparation: Season, grill, and plate various items like burgers, steaks, chicken, fish, and vegetables, adjusting for doneness (rare, medium, well-done).
- Station Management: Maintain proper grill temperatures, keep the workstation clean and sanitized, and ensure equipment is in working order.
- Order Management: Receive orders, manage multiple dishes to finish simultaneously, and garnish plates attractively.
- Food Safety: Adhere to food handling, storage, and safety protocols, including proper labeling and discarding expired items.
- Collaboration: Communicate with servers and other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
