Job Description

An enviable opportunity to join an industry leading team in Residential Project Sales with access to a career-defining master plan project within the Hunter Valley region.

Working in a highly successful, fast paced and driven team, this role will utilise your proven sales experience to ensure the ongoing success of the New South Wales Residential team.

You will successfully achieve this by:

  • Working across a career defining master plan community project
  • Having a solid understanding of project marketing principles and selling off-the-plan. Alternatively, an ambitious agent with a proven track record of high performance in residential established sales could make a successful transition into this role.
  • Understanding the drivers for investor, owner occupiers, downsizers and first home buyers
  • Meeting individual budgeted revenue on an annual basis.
  • Being highly organized and able to work autonomously.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License
  • Proven experience in a similar Project Marketing or general agency role essential.  
  • Your experience will highlight ability to service leads and high volume of enquiry to ensure that business sales objectives are exceeded.
  • Strong ability to network and build strong stakeholder relationships will be evident, as will your drive to get things done using your tenacious attitude around closing deals.
  • You will enjoy working in a truly collaborative environment working with the best in their field.
