About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic project-driven organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements
Create and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, workflows, and process builder flows
Develop complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts
Implement and optimize reports and dashboards
Perform thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce customizations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure data integrity and system performance
Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including customization and third-party integrations.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
Experience with tools like Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.
Expertise in developing Apex Triggers and Apex Classes.
Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk).
Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control tools (Git).
Experience in creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce.

Integration Experience:

Proven experience in building integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, HRMS).

Additional Skills:

Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I and II).
Strong ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and migration projects.
