The Recruiter Trainee will learn to identify and qualify potential candidates, conduct interviews, and assist in the onboarding process for new employees. They will also organize and prepare interviews with local hiring managers for preselected candidates.

Identificación (búsqueda y selección) y calificación telefónica de candidatos potenciales, en línea con las necesidades expresadas por los responsables de contratación.
Entrevistas presenciales
Organización y preparación de entrevistas con los responsables locales para los candidatos preseleccionados
Cierre y firma del contrato
Onboarding de los nuevos empleados

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos? 🔍

Formación académica en recursos humanos, estudios empresariales, psicología o materias relacionadas.
Inglés: Fluido. Mínimo nivel B2. Prueba de inglés durante el proceso de selección.
Se requiere un convenio con la universidad o escuela de negocios
