La posizione è in una brigata giovane e dinamica sotto la supervisione dello Chef.

La priorità della struttura è la creazione di un team i cui componenti si supportino a vicenda con rispetto e orgoglio nel proprio lavoro.

Il candidato:
• supporterà i capi partita e lo chef nella preparazione giornaliera e nel servizio
• sceglie gli ingredienti rispettando gli standard di qualità stabiliti sotto la supervisione del team
• misura le dosi seguendo le procedure previste
• controlla la peculiarità e la presentazione delle diverse portate

The placement is inside a young and active kitchen team, and under the supervision of the Chef.

Our main aim is to create a kitchen team that works together, respecting and helping each other.

The applicant:
• is expected to support the chef de partie and the head chef in the daily kitchen tasks
• chooses the ingredients respecting the established quality standards under the kitchen team supervision
• measure the doses following the prescribed procedures
• checks the peculiarity and presentation of the different dishes

Qualifications

- Diploma o qualifica in ambito alberghiero, corsi di formazione
- Completano il profilo: la passione, la flessibilità, la gestione del tempo e la collaborazione con il team

- Diploma or qualification in the hotel sector, ad hoc training courses
- The profile is completed by: passion, flexibility, time management and collaboration with the team

Additional Information

- Contratto a tempo determinato (da subito) con possibilità di proroghe e/o assunzione indeterminata.
- CCNL Turismo.  L'inquadramento e la retribuzione verranno commisurati in base al profilo e all'esperienza

 - Disponibilità full time (40hrs) da lunedì a domenica con 2 giorni di riposo
- Vitto e Alloggio vicino alla struttura

- Fixed-term contract (immediately) with the possibility of extensions and/or hiring
- CCNL Tourism. The classification and remuneration will be commensurate with the profile and experience
- Full time availability (40hrs) from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off
- Accommodation is available close by.
