Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. This role supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations during the second shift 3p-11p, ensuring seamless guest services, and leading a team of hospitality professionals. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing front office operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Supervise and mentor front desk staff, ensuring team performance aligns with company standards.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Prepare schedules and assist with payroll submissions for front office team members.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Range:
$50,000 - $55,000 annually based on qualifications
