Your Impact & How You'll Use Your Skills

- Clinical Excellence & Dedication: You will leverage your advanced clinical skills to provide life-sustaining dialysis treatments, creating extraordinary moments of comfort and safety at the bedside.

Schedule, Locations & Team
- Shift & Schedule: We offer a full-time schedule to improve work-life balance.
- Work Week: Four days per week.
- Hours: Day shift, starting between 7-8 AM. End times vary based on the daily patient census.
- Weekends: A consistent rotation of every other Saturday is required.
- Holidays: A shared holiday rotation is required.
- On-Call Rotation: Our RNs participate in a shared on-call rotation.
- Weekday Coverage: Monday through Friday, from 7 PM to 7 AM.
- Weekend Coverage: A continuous block from 7 PM Saturday to 7 AM Monday.
- Locations & Travel: You will provide care at our partner hospitals in the Milwaukee area, including Ascension All Saints Hospital, Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital, Ascension Elmbrook Memorial Hospital, and Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital - St. Joseph.
- Team & Support: You will report directly to the Team Supervisor, who is committed to your success.
What You Bring
- Licensure: An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of RN experience, with at least six months in nephrology preferred.
- Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Core Competencies: A self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
