About the Role

Description

Are you the kind of professional who thrives when you’re keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? Do you love creating structure, solving problems before they arise, and being the trusted right hand to a senior leader?

If you’re nodding “yes,” you may be the Executive Assistant we’ve been looking for.

Who We Are

We’re a multi-location, multi-state eyecare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care—and we know we can only do that with thriving, empowered teams. That’s where you come in.

What You’ll Do

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and primary point of coordination for the CEO, ensuring their time, priorities, and responsibilities are managed with precision and care. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of the CEO and the organization as a whole.

This is not a traditional “task-only” assistant role. You’ll be:

  • Managing complex calendars, travel, and meetings to maximize the CEO’s time and focus
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Preparing meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and executive communications
  • Coordinating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and accountability
  • Anticipating needs and proactively solving problems before they reach the CEO
  • Supporting board and executive-level meetings, including materials and logistics
  • Helping keep strategic initiatives organized, tracked, and moving forward

Every day will look a little different—because you’ll be at the center of how the organization operates.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you’re excited about becoming a trusted partner to the CEO and helping drive clarity, focus, and momentum at the highest level of the organization, we’d love to meet you.

Apply today—and help power the leadership behind exceptional care.
