These include five Automotive Dealerships, a Major Collision Repair Center, a Truck Repair / Service Center and an Automotive Parts Warehouse / Distributor. About the Role

Description

This position will be primarily responsible for our dealership’s Cashier’s Office, warmly greeting all Guests, while professionally and accurately processing their payments for work performed. This position will also be assigned additional administrative tasks by Management that support our dealerships operation. We are looking for a positive and professional individual that will leave an excellent impression on our Guests. This individual requires being dependable, personable, detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Excellent communication and Guest service skills are a must!


This position requires:

  • Greeting all guests warmly, positively, and professionally.
  • Ensuring a positive and welcoming experience and environment for our Guests.
  • Safe, secure, and confidential handling of money and invoices.
  • Accurately processes payments, issues receipts, and balances the cash drawer each day.
  • Embodying Exceptional Guest Service within our Culture and Core Values
  • Creating World Class Guest Experiences with each Guest and Customer
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning, filing, special projects, and providing support to other departments.
  • Handles Guest complaints professionally and refer them to the correct individual if required.
  • Answering calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the correct Team Member or Department.
  • Efficiently answer the phones within two rings, and ensuring Guests are directed appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organized Cashier’s office that represents our company well.
  • The ability and willingness to be cross trained at multiple posts/desks within our various businesses

The workdays for this position are Monday through Friday, with a rotational Saturday.


The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 – $17.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
