Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 annual salary (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

The Salesforce and System Administrator (SSA) will be responsible for administration, configuration, and ongoing development of Salesforce, with a preference for candidates experienced in GoMeddo for resource and booking management. This is a hands-on administrative/support role. That will have cross-over responsibilities in managing intranet development, support for ad-hoc business systems, and Salesforce integrations with accounting and budgeting systems. The SSA will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify needs, configure solutions, and ensure smooth technology adoption. Additional responsibilities include overall support in training, configuration and business intelligence (BI) initiatives, and ensuring system scalability. This position is full-time, based in Park City, Utah, and may require occasional after-hours work for system updates or project deadlines.

Requirements

Essential Duties:

Salesforce Administration & Configuration:

  • Manage user setup, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Configure workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support implementation of Agentforce and GoMeddo for complex scheduling needs.
  • Maintain system health, data quality, and integration reliability.
  • Manage release cycles, testing, and change documentation for Salesforce updates.

Application & Integration Support:

  • Develop and enhance intranet sites for internal communication and collaboration.
  • Support integrations with accounting, budgeting, and other operational systems.
  • Troubleshoot application and integration issues.

Analysis & Customization:

  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and training efforts.

Business Intelligence:

  • Build and maintain dashboards/reports in BI tools such as Salesforce analytics or other common BI platforms.
  • Assist with data governance and modeling.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of Salesforce administration/configuration experience.
  • Familiarity with integrations to accounting or budgeting software.
  • Must pass pre-employment background check.
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Park City, Utah (or willing to relocate) in order to be available to work on-site 5 days per week.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We do not sponsor employment visas or other immigration processes to attain or maintain employment eligibility.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with GoMeddo in hospitality or service environments.
  • Experience with Agentforce or Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • BI/reporting tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce analytics).
  • Strong interest in professional development; Salesforce Administrator certification (or progress toward certification) preferred.

  • Knowledge of best practices in change management and system release cycles, with the ability to plan, document, test, and implement Salesforce and other system updates in a way that minimizes disruption, ensures data integrity, and supports organizational adoption.
  • Skilled at applying structured methodologies to manage the human side of change, driving user acceptance and long-term success.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners to scope requirements, manage contracts, evaluate solutions, and ensure delivery of services that align with organizational needs and budget.
  • Skilled at acting as the liaison between the organization and third-party providers to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of technology projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation review.
  • Skilled at setting timelines, managing competing priorities, and ensuring deliverables are met with a high level of quality, efficiency, and alignment to strategic goals.

Working Conditions:

  • Standard office environment with periods of focused computer work.
  • Occasional after-hours work for releases or urgent support needs.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. of equipment occasionally.
  • This position is based on-site in Park City, Utah; hybrid flexibility may be considered after the first 90 days.
