Job Description

Day to day you will:

  • Manage the essential bookings for production, including studio/location crews, uplinks, studios, and travel arrangements for crews/Outside Broadcasts.
  • Handle the processing and reconciliation of production charges and invoices accurately.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Technical Operations to coordinate necessary circuits and departmental production requirements.
  • Ensure crews are aware of and adhere to relevant OH&S regulations, while maintaining strong working relationships with producers and crews.
  • Generate required reports for the Operations Manager/Resources Supervisor and provide necessary on-call support to the business.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven skills in administration, communication, and interpersonal relations, coupled with precise data entry and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to manage time, multitask efficiently, and consistently meet strict deadlines.
  • A working understanding of television production requirements and practical knowledge of broadcast technologies and workflows.
  • The capacity to remain calm and focused under pressure, combined with a highly self-motivated approach to work.
  • Strong proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
  • Experience in television production, facilities coordination or project management, ideally supported by a relevant media qualification.
