仕事内容

セールスアドバイザー(H&Mアパレル販売スタッフ)は、ストアの売上と利益に貢献する最高のカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供する役割を担っていまます。セールスアドバイザーとして、常にカスタマーを第一に考え、サポートを提供し、商品やファッションの知識を共有。店舗運営やガーメント(衣類)ケアを通じて、カスタマーが買い物をしやすい環境を整えます。また、自分の知識やスキルをチームメンバーと共有し、必要な時には助け合いながら、前向きな職場環境を築いてください。

 

主な業務内容】

  • 優れたカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供する。
  • ガーメント(商品)の陳列、補充、フロアの整理整頓、ディスプレイを行う。
  • 販売フロアや在庫室で積極的に商品を処理、補充、在庫管理を行う。
  • 商品を開封し、セキュリティタグを付けてラベルを貼る。
  • レジにてお客様の購入や返品をサポートし、店内業務全般を担当。

  • 未経験OK、H&Mが大好き、ファッションが大好きな方
  • 接客に対して、積極的に親切なアプローチをすることができ、チームプレーができる方
  • チームメンバーやお客様と接する際、ポジティブでやる気のある前向きなマインドをお持ちでコミュニケーション能力がある方
  • 変化する状況や顧客のニーズに柔軟に対応し、顧客のニーズに迅速かつ効果的に対応することがでる方
  • 正社員を目指して働きたい学生やフリーターの方
  • 副業(掛け持ち)で働きたい方
  • 外国籍の方(留学生・家族滞在など)も大歓迎です

Additional Information

雇用契約期間:有期労働契約(アルバイト)

試用期間:3~6か月間(試用期間中の給与・勤務時間:本採用と同じ)

就業場所: (雇い入れ直後)H&M(渋谷店)、もしくは提示のあったそのほかの店舗 (変更の範囲) 販売及び本社における会社の定める

業務就業時間 :シフト制(8時間労働・休憩60分)週2日~、1日4時間〜OK

時間外労働の詳細:ワークライフバランスを徹底するため残業には店長の事前承認が必要

時給:1,198円
