About the Role

Location: Tai Seng

Salary Range: $3,500 - $5,000

Benefits:
- 0-20% Monthly Performance Related Pay
- 2% Monthly Medical Allowance

Job Responsibilities:
- Implement SEO best practices to increase visibility and drive organic traffic to the site.
- Manage the marketing platform and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including setting up conversion tracking.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track website and app performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Design and implement new features and functionalities on both the website and app based on business needs.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads, including segmentation, creative development, and execution.
- Write long-form blog posts optimized for SEO and target keywords.
- Update content on the website using CMS, ensuring it's SEO-friendly and track performance via Google Analytics.
- Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Compile data to track marketing performance and spending.
- Work independently to manage day-to-day operations and make technical decisions without requiring constant supervision.

Job Requirements:
- Experience in both digital and offline marketing.
- Familiarity with content creation and SEO best practices.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp), and other digital marketing tools.
