About the Role

We are looking for a Head of ICT and Innovation for an international school based in Wuxi, Jiangsu province. This position is available from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in February 2026.

Job Responsibilities

Lead a team of local and international ICT and Innovation teachers across the whole school
Coordinate with staff on co-curricular and house programs to support ICT integration
Oversee curriculum design, implementation, and regular review
Drive innovation and policy development through curriculum discussions and planning
Ensure high-quality teaching through coordination of schemes of work and subject handbooks
Participate in hiring, reviewing, and appraising departmental staff

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience
Strong understanding of curriculum planning and assessment
Experience teaching EAL learners across Grades 1–12
Comfortable working in a bilingual/multicultural environment

Monthly salary range of 22,000 to 40,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications
