<p>Lightspeed is seeking an <strong>Implementation Manager</strong> to join our <strong>Launch Services</strong> team and support our NuORDER product. Reporting to the <strong>Implementation Services Manager</strong>, you will play a critical role in scoping and delivering implementation engagements while acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their onboarding journey.</p>

<p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Understand B2B ecommerce, wholesale retailing, and merchandising principles, and articulate how NuORDER facilitates best practices.</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients, sales, and account management to understand and document customer goals, developing and proposing solutions that exceed expectations.</li>
<li>Plan, organize, and manage all phases of project lifecycles to ensure successful delivery, including scoping requirements, developing project plans, managing team tasks, and success criteria.</li>
<li>Apply project management best practices across projects of varying complexity.</li>
<li>Challenge, recommend, and redirect teams while managing client expectations throughout engagements.</li>
<li>Oversee and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you need to bring:</strong><strong><br></strong><strong><br></strong><strong>The position is remote and will </strong><strong>prioritize candidates in London</strong><strong>. </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of experience delivering consulting projects in customer-facing roles, preferably within professional services or consulting teams in a software company</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Experience supporting complex, data-driven business applications in a B2B environment, with the ability to apply strategic thinking to customer requirements</li>
<li>Comfortable discussing technical integrations within database and ERP landscapes</li>
<li>Experience in reading, relaying, and troubleshooting both FlatFile and API (JSON) integrations. </li>
<li>Solid understanding of consulting processes, solution development, and project management</li>
<li>Experience leading teams and engagements using agile techniques and frameworks, with the ability to pivot when requirements change</li>
<li>Able to multitask and manage many projects simultaneously across different time zones.</li>
<li>Strong analytical thinking, with expertise in Excel, Salesforce, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools</li>
