About the Role

We are looking for a senior leader to establish and lead our Organizational Productivity consultant practice.

This role focuses on diagnosing business and operational challenges, defining process improvements, and designing AI- and automation-driven solutions that deliver measurable productivity gains for mid-market and enterprise organizations.

 This is a strategic, business-oriented role with strong responsibility for process analysis and solution definition, not a hands-on development position.

 Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead organizational productivity initiatives across core business functions (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Delivery).
  • Analyze and map end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
  • Define functional requirements and solution blueprints for AI, automation, and BI initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured solution designs for delivery teams.
  • Define productivity KPIs and success metrics and ensure measurable value realization.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and lead executive-level productivity and efficiency discussions.
  • Build repeatable methodologies, playbooks, and productivity offerings.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or transformation roles.
  • Strong background in process analysis, business analysis, and operating model design.
  • Proven experience defining requirements and leading productivity or efficiency initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of AI, automation, and data-driven transformation (conceptual and applied).
  • Ability to lead solution definition without being deeply hands-on technically.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • Consulting or professional services background.
  •  Familiarity with automation platforms, workflow tools, and BI ecosystems (e.g., Power Platform, RPA, analytics tools).
