Your Role on the Team

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role plays an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming community for our residents. As a Custodian, you’ll take pride in maintaining common areas and community grounds, assisting with trash-outs of vacant units, buffing and waxing floors, and supporting light maintenance tasks that help keep the property running smoothly.

Who is our Ideal Candidate?

Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred
Willing to jump in and help where needed
Interested in learning and growing in property maintenance
Valid Driver’s License required
