About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you’ll play a vital role in helping our residents regain independence and improve their quality of life. You’ll assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs, working closely with physicians, families, and our interdisciplinary team.


What You Bring:

  • A passion for improving lives through occupational therapy
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse care team
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical care
  • Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Current Washington or Multi-State occupational therapist license
  • Six months experience in long-term care environment, preferred
