What You’ll Do
- Lead nursing operations and ensure quality outcomes.
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Drive performance improvement and manage adverse events.
- Participate in budget planning and serve as MDS coordinator.
- Promote education and clinical competency across the team.
What We’re Looking For
- RN license in Washington State or eligibility to obtain.
- Proven leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic skills.
- Passion for person-centered care and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Education
Graduate of accredited school of nursing, BSN or MSN preferred.
Licenses/Certification
Valid RN license in the state employed
Valid CPR certification
DNS-CT or CDONA, optional
Valid driver’s license
Experience
3-5 years successful experience as a Director of Nursing or equivalent position in long-term care facility preferred
