Join Our Team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)!

Are you passionate about helping people regain independence and improve their quality of life? We’re looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to bring energy, compassion, and expertise to our rehab team!


As a COTA, you’ll work closely with an Occupational Therapist to deliver hands-on care that makes a real difference. From guiding patients through therapeutic activities to teaching adaptive skills for everyday living, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals overcome physical, emotional, and developmental challenges.


What You’ll Do

  • Implement personalized treatment plans under the direction of an OT and physician.
  • Assist patients with exercises and activities that promote recovery and independence.
  • Teach patients and families home programs and how to use adaptive equipment.
  • Monitor progress and communicate effectively with the care team.
  • Show up with a positive attitude and commitment to patient success.

Requirements

Education:  

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.

Licenses/Certification:  

  • Current COTA license required.
  • Current CPR certification required.

Experience: 

  • Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
