WE ARE HIRING!

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and purchasing correspondent lender loan files, fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of loan files. 


In This Role, You Will:

  • Review and purchase correspondent lender loan files to ensure timely and accurate loan acquisition
  • Develop a working knowledge of agency guidelines as they pertain to the acquisition of closed loan files
  • Follow established policies and procedures in the daily execution of the position
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Maintain professional communication standards in all written and verbal correspondences, building strong relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Other job duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in mortgage lending; experience in title or escrow is a plus
  • Understanding of residential loan documents  
  • Proven ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, customers, and clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
