About the Role
<p>At Espresa, we believe culture drives performance—and great marketing brings that story to life. We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Marketing Associate to support fast-moving campaigns, events, content, and sales enablement in a collaborative, startup environment.</p>
<p>This role is perfect for someone who loves design, variety, and learning by doing, with real exposure to modern B2B marketing across GTM, events, content, and lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to help power the everyday moments that bring our brand to life.</p>
<h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Design & Creative Execution</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Create and update:</li>
<ul>
<li>Sales decks, one-pagers, and white papers</li>
<li>Case study layouts</li>
<li>Social graphics</li>
<li>Event and webinar assets</li>
</ul>
<li>Support video by developing assets, thumbnails, and graphics</li>
<li>Apply Espresa’s brand guidelines consistently across all materials</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Fast-Turn Marketing Support</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Jump in quickly to support internal teams with:</li>
<ul>
<li>Deck edits</li>
<li>Demo assets (design)</li>
<li>One-off graphics</li>
<li>Enablement asset updates</li>
<li>Landing page tweaks</li>
</ul>
<li>Help triage incoming marketing requests in partnership with Marketing leadership</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Event & Webinar Support</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist with:</li>
<ul>
<li>Slide formatting</li>
<li>Event and webinar landing page updates</li>
<li>Promotional graphics</li>
<li>Post-event asset distribution</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Content & Writing Support</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Help draft:</li>
<ul>
<li>Social captions</li>
<li>Event blurbs</li>
<li>Email snippets</li>
</ul>
<li>Light original writing for learning or internal use</li>
<li>Format blogs and marketing content for publishing</li>
<li>Repurpose content across channels to extend campaign reach</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Web & Digital Execution</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Make basic updates to:</li>
<ul>
<li>Landing pages</li>
<li>Resource libraries</li>
<li>Forms and links</li>
</ul>
<li>Support SEO hygiene and digital content cleanup</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Salesforce (Nice to Have)</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Support light campaign setup, lead uploads, and asset tracking</li>
<li>Learn how pipeline, attribution, and lifecycle marketing work together over time<br>(Prior Salesforce experience is a plus, not required.)</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>1–3 years of experience in marketing, design, communications, or a related field</li>
<li>Comfortable with tools like:
<ul>
<li>Canva</li>
<li>Adobe suite</li>
<li>Microsoft suite</li>
<li>Basic CMS platforms</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive</li>
<li>Curious, proactive, and excited to learn</li>
<li>Thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments</li>
<li>Enjoy variety, quick wins, and creative problem-solving</li>
</ul>
